A job well done seems inadequate to described your service. Over the past couple of years I had been trying to sell my home in Destin. Everyday the papers and electronic media kept talking about how bad the market was. There was a flood of unsold units was the tale, " a Buyers market". Hard to find money due to mortgage crisis. Other agents listed and tried unsuccessfully to sell the property. Then you came along. You brought may more potential Buyers, gave me weekly updates, made recommendations and were in general very professional. To say this sale was tough would be putting it lightly. One lost sale was due to financing. The discovery of a pipe leak and minor termite damage during inspection complicated the sale even further. Through it all you kept your eye on the goal and kept buyers interested. you even went so far as to recommend and arrange for plumbers to repair damage and met potential out of town buyers and the airport to view the repairs. Thank you so much for your professionalism. I would recommend you to anyone considering the sale of real estate and would not hesitate to use your services again.
